Can Anyone date this Logo

Post by J.A.F.E. »

I found this scale recently. Nice little scale but unusual because it's 3/4 wide - most 6" scales are 1/2. I don't recognize the logo. Any ideas on date?

It whould say close to late 40s or very early 50s. the reason is the / instead of the - in the snap/on name.

Where is your normal colored back grounds you use? The background you chose is awful bland. :D

Elroy complained about the colors. I miss them myself.

I´ve seen similar logos on hammers from 60´s. This pic is from plastic head hammer 91-PH. Head is dated 1967 and the handle seems to be original for it. But when that handle was originally made, no idea.
