If you wanted a special made tool, Snap on would make you one, there are lots of examples of wrenches that show up from the late 20s and early 30s that are not in the cats and have a model number that starts with a S. Sometimes Snap on would take a X series wrench and modify it and stamp it with a new model number, so you would have two model numbers on the wrench. Here are two examples. the top is a S-9055 with a X-22 number and a W-750 with a X-20 number (the W-750 is a aircraft special) both these wrenches have a 29 date code.

Did Snap On produce any wrenches and not mark them? I have a 3/4" combo, gray in finish with zero markings. It looks just like my mid 80's 3/4".
