Does anyone know the model # for the older road boxes, or road chest ? Where they always KRA-62 ? I am looking for one for to keep on a service truck. Thanks , Joseph36

I don't think SO calls them by that name, but KRA-21, KRA-25, KRA-53, KRA-24 all look good to me. I guess there are a number of ways to use it.

KRA-62 a,b,c was the largest heavy duty road chest offered by Snap on. The only main difference I know of between an older model and newer model was that the larger drawers were under the smaller drawers on the older ones, the newer ones had the larger drawers on top of the smaller drawers to carry the load better and prevent cracking and drawer sagging.
