1933 6 pt. Loxocket?
Hello again! I recently purchased three 1933, 3/4 drive, 6pt. sockets. The sizes are 302, 342, and 362. Upon further inspection I found that the 302 (15/16) one had the trademark locking button added to it along with a 1935 date code stamped over the 1933! The socket is the only one of the three that has an "L" stamped on it also. For "Locking" I assume. I looked through all my research tools and found no mention of this! It only stated that the button was added in 1935 to the newly designed socket with the "Loxocket" trademark. Is this one of Snap on's early attepts with the locking button? I personnaly have never seen one before! Has anyone else? Thanks for reading, Ranger Jeff.

Hi, Snapmom. I recognize your name from Ebay. Are these early lockers uncommon? I paid $19 for the three of them. One being the locking type. The way I figure is that you cant buy them new for that price! Im limited to Ebay and flea markets. The latter one being useless anymore! Thanks for your help.
