Need some help vintage snap on

Need some help vintage snap on

So I purchased this tonight for $50 and I know it is from 1989 and was given to dealers as a award. From what I understand it was not handed out in large numbers. I know some info on it but I'm trying to figure out the value.... any help is appreciated.
