BLUE-POINT TOOL I.D. HELP NEEDED

BLUE-POINT TOOL I.D. HELP NEEDED

I couldn't find anything on thisold Blue-Point tool to help me identify it. It's about 5 1/2 inches long and is marked: G.A.119A PAT'D APL'D FOR. It looks like some sort of door handle tool:

Its a door handle tool for removal of clip type door handle retainers used on GM cars. would be from close to the 50s
