SNAP-ON Click-Type Micro Torque Wrench! Near new condition as it is from my father's collection from when he was a Snap-On salesman in the early 70's. This is Part number QJR-117. It also has the date stamp of 9-71 but it has the scale from the 1970 catalog. This wrench adjusts down to 5 in-lbs. and all the way up to 200 in-lbs. in 1 in-lb. increments. The 1971 models started only as low as 30 in-lbs. This is the widest range possible and is still in near mint condition. The handle is anodized blue.
