Balckhawk 7/16 Drive Ratchet

I know it's not Snap-on but I'm looking for a Blackhack 7/16 drive ratchet. There were two - 39996 and 39997.The 39996 had an adjustable handle. It was a baldie with the bullet handle and the 39997 was a gearless ratchet also with the bullet handle. Either would be welcome but the 39996 is of more interest.
