A odd rat. Model F710DL, made in Canada, no date code, has loaner stamped on shaft. Would probably date in the 70s.
The L in the model number is a add. Looks like all the stampings are factory. This could be a loaner, from the time Snappy was sending the rats to the factory for rebuilding, those have a "E" stamped on them.
This rat has been rebuilt, and buffed out.
