Are these a pair 96-S of pliers?

Hi everyone,
Just trying to figure out what I got over the weekend. From this site, I think this is a set of 96-S pliers? There's no stamping on the inside of the handles, and just a partial stamping on the side (the V from VaccumGrip is missing and there's only an S on the bottom). Single row of circles down the outside of the handles. I tried to get a few decent set of pictures, not sure if they're good enough to see any detail.
