MB Century MB-327 Value

Does anybody know the fair market value of this box? I'm considering buying one from a friend, it's in decent shape. I'd say a 7/8 out of 10. He does not have the cord or keys for it and its got a few dings.
I currently own one of these in better condition that I paid $80 for. I know that sort of sets the value right there but I'm thinking I may have just lucked out on the first buy.
