GM4 1/4 driver 1937

GM4 1/4 driver 1937

A friend and I have recently acquired two GM4 1/4 drivers. They are natural wood handle drivers Like the '37 M4's but they are 5/8" longer and slightly smaller in diameter. The drive end is 1/4 and has an industrial type locking pin. They have a '37 date code. Has anyone ever seen one of these? Thanks, Ranger
