KR-557B & KR-537A Drawer slide warranty

Post by bwsnyder2005 »

Hello All,

I am new to this forum and trying to learn and find some info out. My brother in law is wanting to get the tool box drawer sliders replaced because they are rusted up. It was his late dads box and he wanted to restore it so the drawers work. Are the sliders a warranty item? Thanks agin for your help!!

Yes, call Snap On customer service and tell them you'd like to warranty some slides. Have the box model # and year of manufacture ready.

I bought a used top and bottom from Craigslist and when I called Snap On about the lifetime warranty, that it only applies to the 'original and living owner'. In the case above, would they of sent the son the slides?
