New old box

Great forum guys. Loads of information and interesting threads. I recently picked up this old snap on chest. Bit battered and bruised but I plan to restore it. Can you guys have a look at it and maybe tell me what model it may be and if any of you guys have the same one? I've gathered they all have serial numbers. Where?
