2003 price list

I am looking for someone who has a Snap-on price list for catalog 700, 2003. I am in a union and we are negotiating our contract right now. We haven't had a raise in our tool allowance since 2003. I am hoping to find someone with a price list, from 2003, that would be willing to take a few pictures and send them to me. I am only interested in hand tools like wrenches, sockets, and screwdrivers. I am trying to show what the cost of a tool in 2003 would be compared to the cost of the replacement tool today. I have tried Snap-on customer service and they told me that there records don't go back that far. My local dealer told me that the average price of tools went up 23% since 2006. This is my last resort so any help would be grateful. Thank you.
