Snap on mm 120 sl welder

Snap on mm 120 sl welder

Hi, I have a snap on mm 120 sl.
It says it's dual voltage 115/230 volt.
I was wondering if I need to get a new 230v plug for the welder input or if there is a different way to go from 115 to 230?
