New owner of KRA-396U (1973) tool cabinet-I have questions.

Hi everyone,
My first post: I just purchased a used KRA-396U roll around "taco wagon" toolbox. I would like to know where I can get replacement parts such as the rubber for the ends of the handle, paint to repaint it, or anything else. Does one just call the Snap On customer support number 1-877-762-7664?
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
