TR104 Tire Valve Tool

Not a particularly unusual item, at least to my knowledge, I came across this tire valve tool last weekend at an estate sale. As there were no other posts I could find about it, here it is.
Oldest catalog I found reference to was the 1955 Catalog V, and 1975 the newest. I cannot see any year code on either the metal part or the plastic handle. Possibly date codes were not used on this type tool. The follow on TR104A then shows up in 1978 with the latest being in the 1990 Aircraft Catalog.
