MC-87-105 NOT GUAR, IS IT A IGNITION POINTS ADJUSTER TOOL?

MC-87-105 NOT GUAR, IS IT A IGNITION POINTS ADJUSTER TOOL?

I HAVE A STAMPED STEEL TOOL MARKED "SNAP-ON NOT GUAR MC-87-105" IT IS 3.5" OAL, .250" ACROSS THE SHANK AND .125" THICK.IT HAS TWO SLOTS, ONE ON THE STRAIGHT END AND THE OTHER ON A 90 DEGREE CURVED END. NO DATE STAMP.

Carburetor tool. Bending tool, for metering rod and anti percolator adjustments.
