1/4" GM 70 R ratchet

At first, hello to all. Great site, great forum.
New here and I couldn´t find any info about this ratchet so here is a pic of it.
Dated 1960 and very similar with my 1959 GM-70-M. Just missing the oil hole.
Same 20-tooth gear. Anyone with additional info ?
