Hard to see some of them we need better pics but for starters.
A: 3 pieces are valve spring tools for flat head engines. There is another at the bottom in the same row.
B: Door handle/window crank horseshoe clip remover.
C: Dust cap remover - used on hubs of non drive wheels typically front wheels on RWD cars and trailer axles.
D: Flywheel turner.
E: Brake spring pliers.
F: Steeldraulic pliers.
G: Chain wrench two versions - used on pipe or irregular shaped objects. The red plastic one is a variation.
H: I believe this is a disk brake pad spreader but need a better pic to verify.
I: Tubing benders 3 different ones. The piece net to them with the off white plastic hemisphere is also used to bend tubing.
J: Hydraulic lifter puller.
K: More brake spring pliers.
L: Carb adjusting tool. Also used on GM distributors to adjust the dwell on points.
