Roll front box

There is usually a model# & seriel # along with year stamped on the back.
Looks like a KR300B. Most likely 1950's.

I have one of these boxes as well which I purchased in a Montana pawn shop 5 or so years ago. I too would like an idea of the value and weather or not there were matching top boxes made.
These are very well built boxes and feel loaded down with tools when they are actually empty. LOL!

Standard top chests were used with these. There wasn't a roll up top chest available if that's what you mean.
IIRC, the last revision(KRA400A) of this box offered by Snap-on, which was in catalog #600, 2001, had well over one ton of load capacity............3600 lbs. to be exact. Great boxes.........kind of a shame they don't make them anymore.
