From what I know from my research the extension I'm looking for was made in 1994 because of the "4" next to USA. I'm looking for one that is as close to new condition as possible with no owners marks.
It was a sad day when I lost that extension. I've been looking to replace it ever since. I found one on eBay with the exact marks but overslept and missed the auction =/
