Epiq Tool Chest drawer problem

Post by 02CamaroSS »

Just bought a brand new EPIQ special edition box and like my older EPIQ box if one drawer is open even slightly and you open the drawer above it they will smash together. For reference I have maybe 60lbs in the drawer.
If anyone has this problem and has a solution I would appreciate any posible fix. My snap on dealer and Snap On themselves have no solution and are recluctant to even take the brand new box back.

I expected better service after years of being a customer and spending 18K just on this box alone.

It is defective, it is under warranty, it is up to them to fix it, if they can't, they replace it.
