Snap-on MT1510 B - Disposal

I am determining the disposal of a Snap-on generator/etc. Tester.
The model # is MT1510-B, 460v,3 phase 10 horsepower.
I'm not sure of the working condition. Would something this have a value?
Or should I just dispose of it.

and it will generally go really cheap, probably a $5.00 min. initial bid, we are a college
located in the mid michigan area.
