trying to indetify a 1963 snapon goverment tool.m3510 also has pd4106 next to previous number.
on the end where a socket would be placed there is a number s12l with the backward E-indicating 1963.
any help would be appreciated.
what does it fit?

any part number that starts with an M is typically a diesel tool but some times just a special tool - I found M3510 in the May 4, 1970 price list - it shows Torque Adapter, Disc. and says page 95 of BB (1970) Catalog but it is not there. I could not find it in earlier price lists (1967 & 1963) so it is a mystery to me but a picture would help.
