I finally figured out what this wrench was, its for a 1927 or 1928 Buick Standard Six front and rear engine bolts
Referenced this:

My question is why doesn't this example have "Snap On" on it? It has "7" for 1927 and "2504". Could it be a early example omitting the "Snap On" stamp or a prototype or a standard kit provided with the Buick car back in 1927/1928? Since it doesn't have the snap on stamp, would it be worth more or less or the same?

Thanks

The 27 catalog shows it with the snap on stamp. I would speculate it is a rare missed stamp.

Stamp would be close to the grip. Many have a light stamp making them hard to read. Also, easily worn off. Some also say chrome vanadium.

This one the snap on is stamped in the middle, and the sn of snap on is worn almost off. It may be yours was stamped I bit light, and is now gone.

I looked closer to the handle, its just a faint outline so it was stamped lightly.
