Little Snap-on Special Wrecnch

Post by J.A.F.E. »

A vendor at the swap asked if I'd be interested in a Snap-on Canada wrench. Of course I was! Well I see no markings to indicate it was made in Canada but no way could I pass this one up.

Devlieg is still in business and still in Michigan. Not a company I was familiar with.

No size markings on the openings but one side is marked 2 and the other 3. The smaller opening marked 2 is about 3/16

The larger opening marked 3 is about 3/8

Some people are pretty geographically challenged.

Never seen one before of heard of the company before but it is a pretty cool little wrench and with the numbers 2 and 3 marked on the openings I was wondering if there were others.

Heck, from out here, Royal Oak and Windsor, Ontario are right next to each other; easy to confuse the border.

Works both ways. Every time there's some disaster - earthquake, big storm - in Los Angeles, we get frantic calls from my wife's family back East, wondering if we're OK. We patiently explain, once more, that LA is nearly 500 miles away.
