A-131 puller

A-131 puller

I have an old puller with the date suffix of 1951 maybe a steering wheel puller? Any body seen this before? thanks tony

That looks like an air conditioner hub puller. The end threads into the compressor hub so it can be removed to access the coil. This is what it looks like to me. I have a similar type in an A/C service kit from Snap On.

my first thought was a seal puller. i guess it depends on if those are ribs or threads on the bottom of the tool
