FV-71

Hi
I am a mechanic and have been using Snap-on tools for 40 years.

One question: I have a Snap-on 3/8ths ratchet that has FV-71 embossed on it.
I didn't see that number in the listings.
Any idea of the year of manufacture for this ratchet??

Its a military rat, so its not in the cats. Prob 60s
