Detent ball staking tool

In the late 1960s and up into 1980s, I think, if a detent ball came out of a drive tool or extension, it was fixable by the Snap-On dealer using a special staking tool. He would have balls and springs in stock.
The Snap-On guys I have dealt with in the last 15-20 years don't know of this tool. Does anyone on this forum know of this tool? Is there one out there? It probably goes back much further than 60s, That"s just when I became aware of, and fell in love with Snap-On stuff. Got WAY too much of it and want more!

the Mac dealers had a set of three. Never seen a SO one. But you can make one, it would be a drift punch with a concave center and a small outer edge.

Thanks for the response. I have a modified punch that I have used successfully, but I thought It would be cool to have a SO one, if it exists. I love this forum and will be posting pics of some of my collection when time permits. I want to do some trading. :D

i have a friend that just retired from being a Snap-on dealer for the last 42 years and he has a set of 3 staking tools (1/4", 3/8" & 1/2"_ that he got from Snap-on when he started but they have no markings on them so they are out there but with no markings would easily get lost in the shuffle. he also bought out the estate of a man who was a dealer in the late 50's to early 60's and in that is a set of 3 staking tools plus 3 other special tools all in a Snap-on pouch ( i am trying to talk him out of that set) again these tools have no markings
