I have a 1/4" Snap-On midget pm-70m ratchet. Looks like the 1939 stamp on it but I didn't think they made it in 39. Any advice? Thanks.

A 39 PM rat would be a 9/32 dr model PM-70-N
A 39 1/4 dr, would be a GM-70-N

Thanks. This one is definitely stamped Midget PM-70M. Maybe they stamped it strangely or something so the N appears as an M.

Re: Snap-On ratchet
"P" was used as an industrial code. The P series seems to be their cheaper special order line for industrial customers (Factories and Mills). The 9/32 drive actually could be ordered through the early 1960s
