Mystery Tool

This tool came in with a bunch of others. I can not find a catalog listing for it. The head is tight and drilled on only one side (It is not a Tee)

It is marked Milwaukee

Any ideas???

It is 8.5 inches. I would guess it is an 8 inch bar and the 1 / 2 is in the head

Thanks for looking

The bars were made in two lengths, 10 and 12. This one is a 12 with the handle cut off, which would be 8-1/2.
