Good Day, I'm new, first post and want to say hello and have a question. (BTW; Glad I found this site!)
Anyway, in 1976 I bought a Snap-On Tool Box that is sort of an odd duck. When I bought it, the Snap-On guy said it was discontinued and gave me a pretty good deal on it.
Fast forward to present day, I need a key for it and the Snap-On guy has an account at the bank where my wife is manager. The code on my lock is L951, the Snap-On guy told her no such code ever existed. He has been a pretty nice guy and replaced a socket from the 6 point 1/2" drive set. Never asked how long the cheater pipe was either... What a difference in thickness but that is another story.
The box I bought is a three drawer with full top, sort of an odd duck. Can't find it in any of the catalogs.
Shot some pics of it... Anyone recognize the model? I'm thinking it was part of a set and he sold the roll around.
It's 26" wide, 15" deep and 13" tall. Thanks...

Somewhere on the back, sides or front post, sould be a model number stamp and a date code. Looks 70s. You might have to take the lock to a smith and have him make you a key.
