SnapOn PGM70M 1/4" ratchet

I have found only one it sold in 2009 on ebay. Does anyone know anything about this tool? Is this valuable? If so please let me know. Here are some pictures.

Is the socket retainer a round pin instead of a ball on the drive? I have 3/8 dr. ratchet that is a PF 70 N it has a pin instead of a ball. I think they were an industrial line. I paid $9 for mine. If you look in the industrial catalogs you find it. Hope this helps.

Found it. Look in the 1954 industrial catalog listed on this website.
