I scored this at the swap a couple days ago. K-21 and according to the info I got here it was made between 36 and 39. The catalog price in zone 5 - Los Angeles (where I live) was $9.65 (according to the CPI inflation calculator http://146.142.4.24/cgi-bin/cpicalc.pl 9.65 1936 dollars is equivalent to 162.11 2013 dollars).
It weighs 33 lbs so it must be quite heavy loaded. The following pix are as I bought it. A good cleaning, a little hammer and dolly work, some wax and cork liners for the drawers and it will be put to work.

The pullout tray is still there and aside from dirt and grease in decent enough shape.
The drawer tray is still there and in great shape as well.
