finally a steering wheel puller

Post by dodgepu1946 »

Took me 2 ebay auctions but I should finally have a functional setup for pulling old car steering wheels. Here's the contents of the first purchase.

The second puller will give me the frame assembly so I will have a functional unit. The back of the case says 1967 which was a surprise to me that they continued to make these that long. So knowing that I looked it up in the 67 catalog rather than the late 30s where I was looking and identified all the pieces I have. Besides the basic bolts I seem to be missing the CG-60K2 chevy shock puller, CG-60N3 53-64 nash rambler screw adaptor, CG-60R2 4 way yoke(which is still available), and CG-60C-1 Chrysler Imperial Desoto adaptor. If anyone has a set with these pictures I'd appreciate better pictures than the catalog has.

Part 2 came today. Now does anyone have the direction sheet for this thing? I'd hate to screw it up trying to use it.
