That's custom built, or special built for a customer.
That looks like a matching K61 Super Chest on top of it.
If the paint is original, my first guess is an aviation company special build.
Great looking set.
Those wheels would bust ankles, even in a wide open shop.

Custom built by who? As it is colour matched I am wondering if it is some kinda Snap on option?
I have coffee with 2 Mechanics who began their careers in the early '50s. They talk of the problem of Rolla-Benches etc. regularly getting hit and knocked over by cars.
