Hello,
I purchased a KR-274F and KR-290 side boxes two days ago, and am currently in the process of restoring them to their former glory. I intend to hook them on to the side of my 2007 vintage Classic 78 KRA-2411PBO box for extra storage space, once they are pretty enough.
I am interested in knowing their age, but cannot find any date codes on these cabinets. Best I can tell is that they are '70s or early 80s vintage boxes.
If anyone can tell me a general age of these boxes, I would be thankful.
Photos on my restoration of them are contained here:

The date code is usually the last 2 numbers of the year stamped near the model #
The KR274F is listed in my Nov. 1991 price sheet for $363 and also a KR290A for $880 and the 1990 catalog shows a KR274E and a KR290.
