I am not sure if Snap-on gave these away, sold them or used them as awards to good customers. But the info is great and these sliding scale computers from a time before people had phone apps were pretty high tech. Personally I like these kinds of things.

these were sold to the dealers and we would usually give them to customers that purchased a torque wrench
