Blue Point OEX-190 19/32 combination wrench

A odd size. 39 code. look how there is a difference in the stamping for the Name vs. the size, kind of looks like the numbers were stamped by hand. Never seen this size in a oex combination . Another diff. is that the size is only on the left side, usually the size is on the left and right.
