Blue Points Ignition Wrenches.

This thread belongs here but I also posted it at The Garage Gazette. Came into possession of these recently and I was quite excited. I believe the Blue Points name was not used after 1929 so when these were new they could have been used on a new Model T or new Model A.
The set was eight pieces up to 7/16 when I got it.

In a real twist I had the 1/2.

There are a couple features I consider a bit odd. One is the 7/16 and the 1/2 have the name upside down relative to the rest.

Another is the wrenches seem to have been made from a limited number of forgings and broached to size. This would seem to indicate the forgings may have been bought and broached in house.

So I believe these were made in the 23-29 time frame and they were probably made at different times - certainly the name stampings are a little different font wise. None the less I am really pleased to have found them.
