Blue Point Mystery tool

This does not look too old, but I cannot find it in any of my catalogs. The numbers are not quite readable. Something like BT21655. Anybody got a clue?

Most likely for bending brake line tubing

BT21600 Pipe aid pliers. for use on 3/16 od brake and clutch pipe tubing.
