A friend gave me a Snap-on tool and I have attempted to research it on the internet with no success. It has the above numbers and letters, is 10 inches long, black heavy metal, a 1 1/2 inch wrench like opening on one end and a half circle type opening on the other end. Both ends are opposite each other by 90 degrees. My friend thinks its an old firefighters tool of some sort.
I tried to put a picture up but this sites maximum file size is to small. Thanks in advance if anybody is familiar with the above information. I'm curious about how old it is also and if has any value.

If you email me the photo, I will post it for you (frank@collectingsnapon.com)
I am interested in seeing the tool and the answer as well.
Thanks
Frank

Thanks snapmom, that’s the closest I may ever get! I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I may never find any information on this thing. bill...........
