Valve Seat Grinder

I purchased a set of valve grinding stones and a handheld grinder that says Kwick Way on the handle area and Blue Point on the top. I was told it was a valve seat grinder. The two numbers I have are KVGI on one and SGA1078 on the other. Can anyone enlighten me on this.
