British Standard Crowsfoots

These are odd, double marked sizes. One is model GFC014 7/16 and 1/4 BS. the other is model FCOM13 13 and 5/16BS. They measure out to be the Bristish Standard sizes and not the other stated sizes. Date codes look to be 1995.
Does anyone have info on these?
