I have one, they are from the 50s. If you want a copy I can make you one, its like 6 or 8 pages.

Would that be the same catalog that Frank has under catalogs as " undated early 6 pager " ?

The six page from Frank is a early version, maybe 1940 or so. The one on ebay is about 1953.

Franks looks to be about 1937 based on the midget set pictures.

Edit: Looks like snapmom beat me to it.

Edit 2: This supplement is at the end of the 1953 catalog U scanned on this site. The eBay listing does seem to have a few additional inserts.
