K-60, K-260? toolbox

Post by SteveFromRI »

I found this old box 25 years ago with my father in law at a yard sale. We picked it up and really never thought much of it, other than it was a really cool old box.

Its been in his garage for the past 25 years sitting pretty much as you see it (its been repainted obviously 30+years ago), I would like to know what its value may be, and a little more about it. Ultimately, i would like it to go to someone who will appreciate it.

would date to about 1940. It would probably sale 1500 to 2500 on ebay, just as it is. does it have the snap on name labels?

Thank you for the info, the labels are there but painted over.

Do you know the model of the bottom box? I can't tell if it is a 200 or 260..

Looks like a nice one. I would keep it, only going up in value.
