Need Help Indentifying Early Tool
Ive had this for over ten years, no luck indentifying age or name. Thanks very much Rob

Its a ratchet adaptor, from the early 20s. type II. Hard one to find. Would attach it to your drive tool, (like a T bar) and would turn it into a rat.
