Bench - Creeper ?

I have a bench creeper Snap On type item and am looking for any information on it. What it is used for and what it might be worth. I am going to sell it but would like to find out about it first. I cannot find any information. Thanks, Rick

I'm pretty sure it was for working under the dashboard. The legs on the ground when you're half in and half out.

That makes sense, J.A.F.E. I've certainly spent my share of time cursing the designers of American vehicles and the things they put under the dash, like fuse blocks that you can't reach.
